I really want your assistance for below issue :
I have Interlogix IP camera Model TVD-5305; I was used this camera for along time and installed by technician guy.
I transfer the camera to new home, I forget the password and factory password also.
I will connect this ip camera to Hikvision DVR and it oky. however i still need the password.
I download the truvision device manager to rest the password nothing happen
I use also reset bottom on camera but not success.
Can some body help me please. I really want your help
