Message board question

I used the search engine, but couldn't find anything using several different queries. Question: What video formats are you allowed to attach on a post and is there a size limit? I don't do YT, so I was going to post some video captures I have, but I suspect I may not be using the correct format.

I would suspect an mp4 file would be best suited.

I doubt the ipcamtalk server does any conversion, so the best format will be an mp4 file using the H.264 video codec. H.265 video will play in some browsers, but not in most of them.
