Max FPS set to 15 but keeps going back to 25 FPS

I set the Max FPS set to 15 but keeps going back to 25 FPS.

If this is in BI then you need you need to logon direct to the cam and set it there, that’s what I have to do with my Duhua cams.

BI does not change any camera settings. All camera settings are changed in the camera.
