Managed PoE switches randomly lose port power/signals

Hi everyone,
I’m having an intermittent issue with two PoE switches (each 16 ports, used to power IP cameras).
Case 1: Sometimes, one PoE port suddenly loses both power and network link. When I move the cable to another port, it works normally.
Case 2: On another switch (same 16-port model), all PoE ports suddenly lose power — no link lights, no signal but the uplink port remains active. After unplugging and reconnecting the power cable, everything comes back to normal.
Has anyone experienced this kind of random PoE port or power loss before?

The only thing that I can think of is if your were exceeding the 250 watt total power spec.

Are there any runs of CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) cable between the switch and any POE camera?

I'm using cat5e cables from Dahua, not CCA

The only thing that I can think of is if your were exceeding the 250 watt total power spec.

I think the capacity does not exceed the rating, I only use 12-13 ports. The photo below is the camera device parameters I use for the switch.

At 5.6 watts per port you're clearly well under the 250 watt maximum. Being a managed switch I assume it will tell you how much power each port is putting out. Maybe this info could provide a hint?

sorry for the confusion, this is an unmanaged switch not managed.
