Lost WAN after update

Hi all, since updading to 5.9.9.98 i have lost ability to access through WAN, LAN working ok and been through remote access wizard and it does show on the "This page performs final test" page that i have a red caution triangle and saying unreachable, nothing has changed apart from the BI update i did. Thanks

Edit:

I can login remotley by putting my routers address and port number into a web browser and it works, it seems like BI is not accessing the correct address. On webserver page it does not show the correct WAN/internet address.
