You did the zoom, look the time show on the up right, if real pic time will full show

i can agree with going with 15 fps, that's no issue. This wasn't a digitally zoomed image. It was a 100% crop view from the cameras Main Stream live view page.

I've changed to 15 fps/15 iframe and jumped the bit rate to 20480 below. The fence line is approx 110ft from the camera. Maybe my expectations are just not realistic.
