Looking for advise on latest affordable PTZ Poe with at least 16X optical zoom

The title says it all. What options are out there? It has been a while since I added a cam to my system. I checked Amazon but have found some very weak contenders. Anyone have recommendations?

Sadly, there has been no real progress in camera improvements in several years, at least since before you were a member. These have been the recommendations for the last several years.
