Looking for 10x optical zoom as cheap as possible

It turns out this one is acceptable: ANNKE WCD1012 10MP Dual-Lens Outdoor Wireless WiFi PTZ Security Camera

It cost just $60 and is a very light-weight plastic PTZ with quite decent optical zoom and a second fixed lens on top.

Thanks for the detailed review. I am looking to buy this for actual outdoor use to replace an old old 1Megapixel PTZ as the dual lens would help to monitor a back door along with the backyard. Do you know if the Annke Vision android app works or some other app is needed? I have other Annke cameras and would prefer to use a single app to view. My goolink NVR may be too old for this camera.

I don't remember what app I used the first time I set one up, but it seems likely it was Annke Vision (on Android). First thing I did with that cam was get into its web interface with its stupid plugin and enable ONVIF mode and connect it to Blue Iris, so its official mobile app became useless to me afterward and I've since moved on to a new phone that doesn't have any Annke app on it.

Hmm my review post says I used the ICSee app. So I have no idea if Annke Vision works. These cams are 100+ miles away so I can't really even check.
