login recovery

Are you referring to the passwords for your windows PC, I don't have a password setup for BI, I am not sure that one can be set for BI, been using BI for many years!
 
Admin pass could be your Windows administrator login credentials. IF you selected " run as a service" before you logged out.
I've been using the login PIN so long i forgot my Admin pass/....but i found it in my contacts list in my phone.
 
Thanks for the responses. I was able to get back in after I contacted BI support. They gave me the login info I needed for the BI app. I think the take away is to record that info (I did) and basically, just don't log out.
