LocalServiceControl.exe preventing auto boot

In the event of a power outage, I've set up BI to run as a service and my BI windows machine to power on when a/c power is restored. During the boot process I'm prompted to allow LocalServiceControl.exe to run requiring keyboard input. Kind of defeats the purpose of setting things up this way.

It appears that LocalServiceControl.exe is from Hikvision and from what I've read, it was installed to allow Hikvision cams (I have 2) to be accessed from browsers other than Microsoft? Not sure of this.

Any suggestions of ways to get past this screen without input? Thank You!

@Rickoo It shouldn't be interfering with the autostart of the Blue Iris service. I would uninstall the Hikvision app. If you find you need it to be able to configure your cameras, you can try disabling its Startup entry (in Task Manager's Startup apps tab). If you find it actually needs to autorun, you can create a Task Scheduler entry for it to start upon logon and run with the highest privileges, thus bypassing the UAC prompt.
