Live view stuck but Remote Device shows active feed

I can view my Camera "D7" here ~/#/index/RemoteDevice/cameraConfig on my Empiretech NVR NVR16CH-16P-2AI gui and it looks fine.

But when I go to "Live" ~/#/index/preview/ it displays correctly as well.

But on the HDMI monitor, connected to the NVR, it displays as an old, fixed-image, from the night.

How can that happen and how do I fix it, please?

Show a picture of the NVR live view page with that camera in Live play mode

More info you added to your original post helps but it’s Reolink so I’m not certain.

If it works fine on the NVR in live view but not on hdmi connected monitor ? I don’t have any suggestion to help, sorry

Yeah. It's bizarre. The NVR is receiving the streaming video but for some reason isn't updating it to the HDMI monitor - but only on one channel. (It would seem to be a NVR problem vs a Reolink camera problem.)

Easy to find out, switch the Reolink camera to a different port/channel

This is on ethernet using the NVR PoE ports and not wireless cam right?

It (and another one that's working fine) is connected to a wireless bridge that's then connected to a switch that's connected to a managed switch that's connected to the router - and the NVR 'finds' it there. It's been working fine ...
