litedev.us.hik-connect.com down?

I noticed my "hik connect " nvr connection has been offline the past few days but I can see the nvr with the external port forwards via direct connection.

So I ping litedev.us.hik-connect.com, which is hosted by amazon AWS and I get timed out.

Anyone else?

I use the same server address "litedev.us.hik-connect.com" and registration status is "Online"... haven't noticed any problems recently.

I just tried pinging that address and got request timed out... I don't know if the server will reply to ping.
