As Bigredfish noted above, each scene will be different and will change throughout the year, but I generally start those cameras off with these settings:
Compression=H.264.H
Encoding=General
Frame rate=15
I Frame interval=15
Bit Rate Type=CBR
Bit rate=8192 kb/s (for T5IR-ZE) and 12,288 kb/s (for T5IR-Z4E-S3)
Audio=PCM, 8,000 sampling rate (for T5IR-ZE) and 64,000 (for T5IR-Z4E-S3)
Brightness=50 (day and night)
Contrast=54-56 (day and night)
Saturation=50 (day and night)
Sharpness=45 (day) 50 (night)
Gamma=42 (day) 50 (night)
Manual Exposure
0-4ms (day) and 0-8.33ms (night)
Gain =0-30 (day) and 0-50 (night)
3D NR =32 (day) and 40 (night)
2D NR=32 (day) and 40 (night)
