I have a Sunba speed dome survailance camera and I can't get it to recieve internet. The LAN cable is plugged in and the power is on but the lights at the LAN plug are off and I get no connection with the camera. Can anyone help?

that wasnt my question, does the camera require power over ethernet or does it have its own dedicated DC adapter?
Sorry I am not so familiar with some of the acronyms. No it has a power adapter.

oi this is going to be extremely painful... do you have a grandson or someone that sets up your VCR? Can you call him over to set this up for you?
