Lag in live video

I just had to reinstall on a new system and am experiencing some lag in the live video that we didn't have on the old system.

Dell OptiPlex 3070 SFF Computer Desktop, Intel Core i7-8700 up to 4.6GHz, 256GB SSD, 8GB RAM, Keyboard ＆ Mouse, HDMI, WiFi, BT, Windows 11 i5 PC (Renewed)​

These are the specs of the new system plus an 8tb wd purple drive.

Any thoughts on things I can look at to make live playback smoother?

Insure Windows, BI and the BI db folder are on the SSD and BI videos on the spinning Purple.
