Keep LEDS on while in Color mode

Can I keep the LEDs working at Night while it's in Color mode?

In colour mode, the IR cut filter blocks all the IR.

I dont care about the IR-CUT, just need the leds to be ON without any effect.

I'm pretty sure when you have it in Color mode it automatically kills the IR LEDs

For some reason, Need people to know the camera is working at night. Want them to see the Red Dot

i dont think thats possible with most cams, but u can always split off the POE and get an external IR unit that u can mount near?
