IVMS 4500 remote access help needed!

Hi,
For the life of me I can not get remote access on 4g to work on my phone.

All works fine on wifi but shows connection failed when on 4g.

I am pretty sure my port forwarding is working as I can access the NVR via the web browser on my phone on 4g but shows no plug in.

any ideas???
