It would be possible to run two SD1A203T-GN, with a POE splitter?

I did not run enough cables, and now I'm thinking of using an existing wire and split it for another ptz camera.
My switch is a POE+(130W) switch.
Any recommendations for a splitter?

On the extender switch's spec sheet it says "Power Over Ethernet, 15.4w". Seems to me there are at least two ways to interpret this. Is it 15.4 watts maximum at the input, or 15.4 watts at each of the two outputs? If it's 15.4 watts at the input, can you run two PTZs with it? I doubt it because you wouldn't even be able to run two simple cameras with their IR turned on. Additionally, the device itself has to consume some power. Does that come out of a maximum 15.4 watt input, or is in addition to two 15.4 watt outputs?
 
These cameras, use only 10.5W with IR on. I think, at least 21W I would need at the output.
 
They probably only consume 10.5W when both the IR is on, and you are activating the PTZ. What's the likelihood that you are going to be panning both cameras at the same time, at night?

I have a 16 port switch, so I'm fine(for a while, at least :)).

Not sure about this specific unit @Sean Nelson could elaborate. There are similar units that can be powered by poe+ to provide more power.
Most cameras use 2-5w even with full IR on.
