I hope that someday people will be able to admit Israeli mistakes and atrocities as well as those of Hamas
Atrocities were committed by both sides, just like we do when we are at war, just like any other country that goes to war, no matter what standards they are held at. Emotions run high, and until our minds are replaced with robotic, rule driven logic chips, atrocities will continue to happen.
But Israel was the one attacked. You fight a war to win...something that we have forgotten because we have become to touchy-feely and soft. Israel has not. They can't afford to. But they did get soft for a short while...and it cost them dearly.
I do not recall ever reading anything here where someone was stating that Israel hasn't committed mistakes and atrocities. They have. No doubt.
Won't lie for them, won't cover up for them, but I will always be on their side. I sure as hell will not attack them constantly.
