Is there a way to either get notification with BI crashed or have automatic restart?

I have Windows 10 Pro system with the latest BI. Sometimes I get these random crashes or shutdowns. Is there a way to set up BI so it is restarted automatically after a crash or at least I get notification?

run Blue Iris as a service . If the crash is in BI the service if configure correctly will restart.
On some PC there is a watch dog restart in the BIOS

And you can go into BI and have it send you a push or SMS or email when it restarts.
