Is the regime in Iran soon to be toast?

Ground operations within a few days? Tonight?

Well not Israelis, they only fight civilians...

I would not doubt if the US screened for Jewish American soldiers then excluded them for possible ground fighting.

I do not think the NO KINGs protests are significantly about Israel per se, as they were going to happen either with or without this new upswing in the battle with Iran
No Kings is all about (1) bringing down the American system and installing socialist/communist style government, (2) anarchists no doubt will participate too

But, they'll stay on their tiny little island.

And for the GCC, what can be expect from them? Just more saber rattling?

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Joint Defense Agreement, originally established in 1981, functions as a NATO-style mutual defense pact, stating that an attack on one member (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain) is an attack on all. It has been bolstered over time by the Peninsula Shield Force and, in late 2025, gained renewed focus following regional security concerns, including discussions within the Unified Military Command.

Nixon on the Shah .. spot on in a quick analysis

Pay attention to what drones can do .. The Ukrainians have increased the efficiency, costs $878 to kill each Russian soldier ..

This is what cheap drones bring to the battle field, I really do not want to see the USA get too deep into Iran,

Pete Hegseth says Donald Trump has drawn a new strategic map from Greenland to the Gulf of America, calling it “Greater North America.

”He says every sovereign nation north of the equator is not part of the Global South, but part of the security perimeter in this great neighborhood we all live in.
"We call this map the Greater North America.”

Watch: Trump Arms Control Official Refuses To Confirm Israel Has Nukes

"Tell us something -- as Congress, as the oversight body -- what is Israel's nuclear capability in terms of weapons?" asked Castro. In reply, DiNanno didn't refer Castro to US intelligence agencies, but -- compounding the insult to the committees' intelligence -- told Castro to ask "the Israeli government."

A big reason why it's taboo went unmentioned during the hearing. Because Israel is not a member of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and also has nuclear weapons, every dollar of aid to Israel breaks American law. Beyond that, the feigned official ignorance about Israel's nuclear arsenal is meant to obscure the sheer hypocrisy of nuclear-armed Israel -- a country with a government increasingly dominated by expansionist and religious zealots -- decrying Iran's enrichment of uranium, particularly given the US intelligence community has repeatedly assessed that Iran stopped its initial pursuit of such weapons 23 years ago.

As Brian McGlinchey explains at Stark Realities, US officials' refusal to talk about Israel's nuclear arsenal isn't a mere unwritten understanding:

My understanding that they do not have nukes at the moment. However, they were feverishly working on getting them.
