Reports Russia and China assisting Iran with drone tech and parts ..





Syrian security forces intercepted a large shipment of advanced weapons, including approximately 100 fiber-optic first-person view (FPV) drones and associated parts, at the al-Tanf border crossing with Iraq. The cache, concealed in an oil tanker truck declared to be carrying heavy fuel oil, also contained long-range missiles, anti-tank guided missiles, optical fiber spools, and factory-prepared warheads.

Syria’s Interior Ministry announced the seizure on July 16, 2026, stating that preliminary investigations confirmed the shipment was destined for Hezbollah in Lebanon. The fiber-optic FPV drones are technically distinct from radio-frequency variants, as they transmit control signals via a physical tether, making them resistant to the electronic countermeasures employed by Israel. This interception is part of a broader effort by Syria’s post-Assad government to disrupt Iranian-backed supply routes through Syrian territory.

Pretty clear Iran has destroyed quite a bit of US military assets and bases.

Again I'm sure we'll ultimately prevail, but it won't be for free and then comes the real cost of cleaning up our own mess...

Been lots of reporting and statements from the Asshole in-Chief himself that the US is taking out bridges, electrical grid, and even a hospital last night.
