Tomhawks and stand off munitions rely heavily on GPS. Iran has lot of Electronic warfare equipment from Russia and China. So the accuracy is bad. In Ukraine war JDAM and Himars no longer work in areas of EW cover.

If you look at the videos released so far most attacks are using the good old laser guided bombs. Which work well in good weather and cannot be jammed.

US Intelligence actually consists a pool of intelligence contributed by their allies - they relied heavily on Israeli intelligence in order to justify the Iranian Invasion.
