iPhone - BI app - alert videos not playable?

Don't know if it's any of the latest BI 5.9.x updates, or camera settings, or what. But alert videos are being captured in BI, averaging about 15 seconds each. The BI app on the iPhone shows them, shows CodeProject.AI has identified a person or vehicle, but when the alert image is tapped, it just brings up a black screen with a slashed line through the pause/play symbol.

Blue Iris v5.9.9.71 x64 (8/15/2025) running as a service on Windows 11 Pro
BI iPhone app v2.04.06 on iOS 18.6.2

Any questions or suggestions are more than welcome. It's really aggravating.

Interesting, most of the clips play just fine in BI on the server.
But one of them threw this error:

I would guess this is happening a lot and the BI phone app just cannot queue the video?
 
Nope, not a bit helpful, in the least. Something in BI is failing when attempting to serve the video to the iPhone app.

I wonder if CodeProject.AI is re-writing the BVR files as MP4 files and that's causing the issue?
Well, I installed the K-Lite Codec Pack and now the Blue Iris Windows app can play the files.
But it's still not serving them correctly to the iPhone app.
Going to try a stop/restart of the BI server process.

CP.ai is definitely re-writing the BVR files as MP4, but BI Server has no problems displaying them on the Windows Server. Stopping/restarting the server process had no impact. Next step is to uninstall and re-install the BI app on my iPhone, because I am definitely out of ideas. :banghead:
