ipc-t54ir-ze-s3 only showing 100mbps at Switch

Hi

I have just installed my first Camera and have a question. its connected to a Ubiquiti Edgeswitch XP8 using POE (48volts) but when I connect the camera I am only getting 100mbps data speed showing at the switch. I have removed the camera and plugged something else in and get 1Gps speed on the same port with the same cabling etc.

My Question is do I need to change a setting in the camera (if so what) or is this the standard speed, I have looked around for an answer but not found anything

100mps link is normal.
Why would you want a camera sending more than 100mp/s in video bandwidth? Typically an 8mp camera in H.265 is ~12mb/s with high amount of motion. 4MP around 8mb/s.

Spec sheet shows it is a 10/100 port
