IPC-T5442T-ZE No picture on Zoom/Focus page

Any way to get the camera output to show up on the Zoom/Focus page on an IPC-T5442T-ZE? I've tried 2 different browsers and nothing but a blank black box. I can see the output fine on other pages.

Firmware: V2.800.15OG004.0.R, Build Date: 2020-10-19

+1 on Internet Explorer - it is baked into Windows 10 - just do a search in the search bar.

Even though the browser is EOled, Microsoft recognizes many IoTs are based off that browser which is why it is still backed into Windows 10.

They do not advertise it, but those that need it know it is there...

is there a pale moon that works on Mac that will allow this as well.

last time i checked, I installed pale moon and had the same issue with the camera picture not working in the browser

I will have to check out Pale Moon. IE blows! I have 6 Dahuas. 2 with the same exact FW.. one works with IE, the other doesn't. Installed Smart PSS but it is an all new learning curve to use it to set up IVS and other settings. I need to be less lazy and just sit and learn. Really though, Dahua should make it a little easier for simple minds like me lol.
