Im using ubiquiti (pro-sumer) POE switches and router, gigabit internet WAN and LAN, MS Edge in Explorer mode for camera IPs to access to gui. ThanksUnless the firmware update specifically says it will fix that, I suspect it won't.
Is the camera connected to the router? Many cases it is a consumer router not able to keep up with the constant demands of these cameras - unlike Netflix, these cameras do not buffer, so it will show every stumble.
Are you using Microsoft Explorer to get into the camera GUI (or is this the camera that can only interface thru the app?)
