Hi, does anyone have the firmware file for the Imou Ranger 2 3MP camera (part number IPC-K2EN-3H3W)? My camera is working normally, but when I try to update it through the app, it shows an error, and it also restarts every so often and goes offline. I read right here on the forum that people have fixed this by installing the firmware using the IMOU ConfigTool, but I need the firmware file to do that.
