IPC-HFW4239T-ASE: position up/down and left/right installation?

Hi,
I was looking at this: IPC-HFW4239T-ASE.
I don't see how it can be positioned to up/down and left/right? Anyone have any picture? I have seen picture on Dahua's site. Looks like it can be positioned up/down.

Do you not believe dahua? Do you think anyone would sell a camera that cannot be adjusted?
