guys - I have two identical IP2M-841W and one has a speaker that doesn't work. It does work on the AmcrestViewer app but not in blue iris. Oddly enough both cameras are configured identically in blue iris - very puzzling; anything you folks can think of?
No luck, oddly enough I can't hear the sound from Amcrest app either but when I talk, I hear a change in sound which is blunt in nature but don't hear any of my words. Should I try upgrading to V2.420.AC00.20.R.20241206
My blue iris version is old 5.5.5.13
