IP PTZ recommendation any brand

Hi,
I didn't see a general forum so I hope this is the place for this.
Anyone can recommend a IP PTZ camera with over 10x zoom? Seems like there are several on amazon and some with 30x. But they are analog and inexpensive. Maybe I can convert analog to IP?
