Inside camera to monitor area, record to PC, no cloud, send text alerts, access via mobile app

Hello,

New to Amcrest model line.

Does Amcrest make a camera/software combo that will allow recording to a PC, send out text alerts, and then access the motion triggered alert via a mobile app while away? Does this require a monthly cloud service? I'm looking at the IP2M-841or the ASH21.

Not sure if any one camera can do everything you want

Most cameras can record to an SD card in the camera or a NAS stored somewhere else that you can then access via computer.
I think only email alerts are setup
Have not used the amcrest app much, I try to stick to IP GUI
