I need a budget cam replacement for an Amcrest IP2M-844E turret that has been used as an indoor celing corner cam in a small 10’ x 8’ room. This cam only lasted 8 years and has developed an internal power problem…I think. When plugged into a switch, switch would emit a garbled tiny buzzing sound no matter what port number I would choose and the orange light would not come on steady. But when used with an injector the cam would operate normally. I have two switches (Reolink and Netgear) and both are functioning normally with my other cams just not this one. Can this be repaired?
Since this is only an indoor corner cam, I only need at least a 90-degree horizontal viewing angle, an IR, and motion detection.
Any recommendation is welcome.
