In market for a new 4k ptz

Hello,
I am in the market for a new 4k (but not necessary) about 40x optical camera to replace an aging ip2m-863ew-ai-v2. I was looking around and trying to find one under these criteria is not producing results I would like. I have used empiretech before and actually found one I like, but they are not responding to emails, so I don’t know what’s up with that. Seems the one I want is out of stock: EmpireTech PSDW8852S-A180-D440 1/1.8" CMOS 8MP Multi-Sensor 180° Panor

Has anyone in the U.S. bought from cctv-mall? Are they legit? Can I actually buy a Dahua camera while I am in the U.S.?

What suggestions do you have. I think the most important factor in a new camera for me is that it has at least 200mm+ on the focal length for telephoto. It can still be 2 or 4 megapixel. The camera must also have cgi commands like Amcrest, Dahua or EmpireTech.
