https failure of live view Hikvision

Hello,

Possessing a Hikvision DS-2CD2042WD-I IP camera, in https, I'm having a problem viewing live with Internet Explorer 11 (error message "failure of live view")

I specify that the active plugin x is installed.

Here are the open ports on the SFR BOX (for information, on the camera, I voluntarily changed the HTTP port number, Server and RTSP that are not the following in the factory, but I think the problem does not come from there )

LAN:

HTTP = 6058
HTTPS = 443
Server = 6000
RTSP = 654

The current firmware on the camera is up-to-date: 5.5.0 build 170725

Oddly in http the live view works perfectly!

Do any of you ever have this problem? Is there another port to open?

I have 18 hikvision cameras. I have not been able to make the live view or playback work on any of them on the internet. I just got it to work today on the LAN at one site. I believe the certificate for https is 2048 bits for Hikvision cameras. http:// works fine thought, however 4 of the cameras have been broken into with the recently discovered back door and the admin password has been repeatedly changed.
