how to connect 2 cameras at second site to nvr

Hello,
At home i have a hikvision dvr, and 5 ip cameras connected to it.
Just recently discovered the hik connect app and managed to get one camera live after scanning the QR at the dome itself (stupid it isnt on the box by the way..)
Now, i have a second premise where i have 2 cameras that connect to hic connect as well. I can view these live at my phone..

Is there a way to have them connected to my NVR thats physical on a other adress (home) ?

If so, how do i manage this?

You really scanned a Chinese QR code????
