How much would this cost to build today??

Anyone here with structural concrete experience?? This is a pretty cool design... and it was hit by an F4 tornado at one time. What would it cost to build now?

Yes--- I wonder what it would cost now to build something similar. There are some houses from the 50's and early 60's in my town that are essentially just the basement of the house. The idea at the time was to move in and built the upper floor later, and for most people that just never happened. I do like that way this house flows with the land

You gotta watch her earthships houses. Cheap to build, but takes a LOT of labor.
