How is this installed?

This camera looks like it can only be installed from the top mount yet here is a pic of a side mount install. Maybe it is top but you cant tell from the angle.

Most of the PTZs have the connection point on top but an L bracket to connect to the side of a wall. The ceiling mount is usually optional.
