how can i view blue iris remotely?

Have not had much luck with ZeroTier. However, have TailScale working 100% on both a cell and tablet. Plus it is free.

If you do not have an internet connected computer one can also install the client on certain routers to access your LAN and UI3.

+1 for Tailscale. Tailscale performs better in many people's experience, and has a substantially better free service plan compared to ZeroTier, especially lately as ZeroTier has been reducing what is available to new free sign-ups in recent times.
