Hikvison NVR won't turn on

Hi all. Had a storm today and power went off. My NVR now won't power on.
I tried another power cord without any luck.
It was plugged into a power surge protector with 3 other items and they all work.
Does the NVR have a fuse or something?

You might get a quicker response if you supply:
  • Make of NVR
  • Model of NVR
Also, have you tried bypassing the surge protector altogether just as temporary troubleshooting measure? I've seen one of those that had a MOV on each female receptacle and one had opened up.

As i said i tried another power cord that works on my computer. I tried bypassing and nothing.
 
An OP in another thread may have had to buy a new power supply, not sure what his outcome was but the rear of your NVR as pictured in the PDF manual of your NVR looks a lot like the back of his, looks also like a similar server-based switching supply.
