Hikvision playback events - Directly on NVR vs APP or ivms4200

Good morning everyone,

I have a problem with the playback on my Hikvision NVR DS-7616NI-I2/16P (firmware 4.61.25 build 220925) When I review a recording directly on the NVR, the triggers appear on the timeline of the recorded event.

However, on the Android app or on iVMS-4200 remotely, nothing appears on the timeline.

What am I doing wrong?
 
First update to the latest fw version located on the official website (down to recources section): DS-7616NI-I2/16P - Firmware_V4.61.030_240123,
Then also update Hik-Connect mobile app. Yesterday Hikvision released mobile app that fixed playback issues (no timeline when browsing records).
