hikvision panavu 4 camera dome

bear with me...im not the techiest guy out there. :wave:anyway...i got 10 new hikvision cameras 3 of which are panavu domes ds-2cd6d54fwd-z. these have 4 cameras inside them. added them all to blue iris and the 4 cameras in each panavu have very low frame rates. All the single cameras I added are perfect. all set to 15fps and 15 iframe 1080p. played with all kinds of settings. the panavu feeds look fine when going into the camera itself or when i try with hikvisions software. it's like blue iris treats them all separately and bottle necks the fps??? i really would like to use blue iris. anyone have any advice?
 
thanks for that. yes i setup exactly like that. i have all 4 feeds in blue iris. my problem is the blue iris scales back fps to such low rate keeps getting warnings and pixelation. in hikvision its fine. tried everything. something with the way blue iris treats the feeds.
