HIKVision NVR - Get Recording Snapshot URL

I have HIKVision NVR (DS-7316HWI-SH in my case) and I want to integrate it on Web Application.
For Live Streaming I can use snapshots every 1 second and the URL for Live snapshot I use is: http://admin:[email protected]/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/101/picture

Does somebody knows the url to get the snapshot of recording? Something like
http://admin:[email protected]/ISAPI/Recording/channels/101/picture?time=20160428T161312
