HIKVISION New version 5.5.0 PROBLEM

I have NVR DS-7608NI-SP with the software version V3.0.9 Build 140928
and 6 cameras with DS-2CD2132 V5.1.0, today I bought a new DS-2CD2142FWD-IWS v5.5.0 camera and the DVR can not see it (I activated the camera via SADAP, I gave it a valid IP - compatible with other cameras connected to the recorder). This new camera I give "adding manually" I give the correct password and writes the message "unsupported FORMAT - no image. What am I doing wrong?
 
Check to see if the NVR's firmware can support a camera on that version.
3.0.9 seems a bit old.

I do not want to upgrade software in NVR because I'm not sure if cameras (6pcs) will work - they have old software 5.1.0 (Chinese version without upgrade option)
