Hikvision Network Exception

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I did a software update on my Samsung S8 last night and since then the Hikvision 4500 app isn't working for me, when I try and log in it keeps saying 'Network Exception', my son and wife can still view it on their phones though. I've uninstalled the app and reloaded but it makes no difference, does anyone have any idea what it might be?
 
Seems like cloud server Hikvision OFFLINE ( at least for ivms )
Hik connect is working fine
