I am using a DS-9664 NVR, with ivms 4200 client and streaming media server.
NVR, client #1 and Streaming Media Server are in building #1(this client#1 is able to connect to SMS on same network)
I have client #2 in building #2, different network. I am able to connect client #2 to SMS in building #1, and import cameras. However, when I try to view cameras using client #2, through SMS in building #1, I get error code #26
I am forwarding port 554 of the SMS to port xx554 externally.
Do any other ports need to be forwarded to the SMS besides 554?
Security certificate has been imported on both clients and is not the issue...
Any ideas?
