Hi cant seem to connect hik heat pro: DS-2TD2628-3/QA to my Nvr : DS-7604NI-K1/4P(B).

Its a 4 channel nvr and all I need is this camera on it.

Just wondering if im missing anything Google says it should work.

Howdy,

Can you post a screenshot showing how it "can't seem to connect"?

Maybe start with the NVR device access page... or an error message?
