Hikvision ERT-K204, 4-Channel DVR - Looking for firmware

Hello,

Anyone know where I can find firmware for Hikvision ERT-K204, 4-channel DVR? My goal is to update/reflash the firmware to clear a forgotten password via TFTP with a USB to TTL serial adapter (PL2303TA). Region code WR - World/Multi-language, SADP shows software v4.30.210 build 210409.

Nevermind. I reached out to Hikvision support, provided them the XML 'exported' file from SADP, received an email with the XML unlock file to reset the password. Done.
