My router died and I replaced it. Now when I press the button on the doorbell I get this "no platform registered" error. Is there a way to fix this? It's difficult to get to the doorbell because of where it's located. I still get notices from the motion detector

Did you configure the new one with the same settings as the failed one?
If not - what settings were different?
