Hikvision DS-7732NI-E4/16P password reset problem

Hi all !!!

I have NVR Hikvision DS-7732NI-E4/16P.
it is password-protected and I do not know the password, the HBP was purchased used and it is impossible to contact its former owner.
When I connect the NVR with the computer and start the SADP this connection is successful and the SASP shows me the serial number
and all the information about my NVR. But when you try to click on "Fogot Password" an incorrect window appears. This window does
not look like a window that should appear and where it is "Export/Import Secret Key Mode" :

Try this instead (for the NVR, the older version, not the updated version) ; Hikvision camera admin password reset tool

reflash the firmware by using tftp.

So that was the updated version you used? My understanding was that version was just for cameras with the range of firmware that suffered from the Hikvision backdoor exploit.

I do not know why the password reset from the cameras is suitable for resetting the password to the NVR, but it worked.
